My sister and I had a product idea that we wanted to launch, so we hired Liz to help us. The first thing we did was to define the vision for our company and develop a plan to implement it.
Once we got started, she helped us to navigate the challenges we encountered, which included finding reliable suppliers in China. She even connected us with some personal contacts who were able to help us.
During our moments of discouragement, she helped to shift our perspective about our accomplishments and helped us to keep going. We now are ready to start selling! Would recommend to anyone looking to start a business.
A business coach can be a valuable resource in three areas: strategy, accountability, and mindset. Most coaches prioritize goal-setting and accountability, while others focus solely on mindset, particularly those who follow the “law of attraction” philosophy.
I believe all three parts are critical to have a successful business. Therefore, at the beginning of our sessions together, we focus on vision and strategy, and during each call, we do a check in about goals, so that you can remain accountable. Along the way, we address any mindset issues that are sure to come up.
I’m proud to have helped my clients achieve spectacular results, such as working with Lady Gaga, signing a $200,000 contract, or creating a business funnel worth $1 million.
However, I celebrate just as much the more common “smaller” wins, such as landing a first client, launching a website, overcoming sales call anxiety, or taking any action that boosts your confidence in your business. For me, every accomplishment is significant, and I’m committed to helping you achieve your goals, no matter how big or small they may seem.
My coaching programs are typically structured in three, six, or nine-month increments. For most clients, I suggest starting with the six-month program since it takes time to build momentum and see progress in your business.
Regardless of which program you choose, the structure is the same. We speak every two weeks for 60 minutes on a Zoom call, which you can record for future reference.
Each coaching call is scheduled for 60 minutes. At the beginning of the call, I’ll ask you to update me on anything relevant since our last conversation, such as progress made, challenges faced, wins to celebrate, or mindset issues. I take notes so that we maintain continuity between our calls and I can keep you accountable. At the end of the call, I’ll ask you to share what you plan to work on next, so we can revisit it on our next call.
Because the entrepreneurial journey is so varied in its challenges and potential strategies for success, our discussions could range from optimizing your website messaging to handling difficult clients, exploring new opportunities, managing overwhelm and procrastination, and implementing effective systems.
By maintaining this structured approach, we can effectively address the challenges and opportunities of your business, providing you with valuable insights and guidance to help you achieve your goals.
Absolutely! In fact, I want to hear from you between our calls! Every Monday I send out an accountability email asking you to give me an update. You are also free to reach out to me via email or text for quick questions and coaching.
Many people come to me saying they have a lifelong dream to become an entrepreneur and be their own boss. They’re tired of working to build up someone else’s business, want more time freedom and control, and envision opportunities to make more money.
If you are still in the idea stage, I can help you to clarify your ideas, and to figure out which one to pursue. If you already have something started, I can help you to structure it so that you begin to see results. I can’t promise that you’ll be able to quit your job in 6 months, but I do know that the sooner you start the process the sooner you’ll be able to.
Yes. I frequently work with people to help them get unstuck on a particular issue. You can see book a one-off “Mindset Reset” call using this link.
This will vary, depending on the length of the program that you choose. I’d be happy to talk to you about the investment for my coaching program, but first let’s discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through coaching. Once I have a better understanding of your vision, I can give you more accurate information about the investment required.
Schedule a business strategy session with me so I can learn about your business and we can see if we’re a good fit to work together. This will also give us a chance to discuss pricing and any other questions you may have. I can assure you that my coaching programs are in line with industry standards.
Having a coach is one of the best investments you can make in your business. It’s critical for keeping up a positive mindset, having a clear direction for your business, and ultimately to have someone cheering you on every step of the way. Being in business for yourself inherently has many challenges. Anything you can do to help yourself succeed is worth it.
If you haven’t already, please listen to the videos on this page to hear me talk about the details of the programs in more detail, my background, and to get a sense of my coaching style.

There’s nothing more frustrating than having an idea but not being sure how to get started implementing it.
During this in-depth two-hour session, we start by painting the picture of your “future fantasy” of an ideal business and life. This is a playful time of creative brainstorming, so you can imagine your ideas coming to life.
From there, we’ll collaborate to design a practical and effective plan to attain them. We’ll break down your long-term objectives into smaller and achievable steps.
By the end of our session, you’ll have a precise understanding of what you wish to accomplish, what obstacles you might face, and a clear roadmap to move ahead towards success.
(Note: The Vision Roadmap is a bonus offered to any new client with a three, six, or nine month commitment. If you decide to do just the Vision Roadmap to start and later decide to continue coaching, I’ll credit the $497 to your coaching program.
When I started working with Liz, I was in a funk, with little clarity on how to go about achieving my dreams. The first session we did was the Vision Roadmap, which helped me to create a strategy that I was able to put into action.
Although I’m a self-motivated person, having a coach that has faith in what I am doing and is someone I can fall back on was instrumental in getting me on track.
Liz helped me cut through the clutter and focus on what’s important. I now have the confidence that I am going to be successful at my business.
Liz Wolfe got her entrepreneurial start growing up on a sheep farm in Western Pennsylvania with her mother and two sisters. They built a cottage industry making and selling woolen items, which helped Liz develop her selling skills from the age of 10.
Later she moved to NYC, where she used those skills to create a successful CRM consulting business with her husband, Jon.
She is now a business coach, author, and speaker who coaches entrepreneurs to get unstuck so that they can launch and grow an abundant business. For more than 20 years she has empowered people with her three-part coaching system starting with a clear vision coupled with purposeful action, and removing hidden barriers to get breakthrough results for her clients.
Liz says that one of her greatest accomplishments is staying married to her husband for 25 years while running a business with him. They have two wonderful children. Always eager to get in front of a crowd, Liz also plays the ukulele and is half of the singing duo Ukulicious.
